Today, I wanted to share a Holland themed Retrospective with you. Inspired by Chris Stone, and challenged by one of the teams I coach, I created this tongue in cheek Retro covering some of the things my country of birth is known for.
For each section I share some background information. It helps with team engagement, and bonding. It demonstrates that retro’s don’t have to follow a set format of Stop, Start, Continue. They can even be entertaining!
