Welcome to a new Agile101 post. Today, a quote by David Meltzer:
I can't remember how I came across this quote, and to be honest I even had to google who David was (no offense, David!), but the quote stuck with me. To me it's the essence of an Agile Coach.
We exist to help others grow, and through this we grow ourselves.
Everything already exists. It's our job to develop awareness to access it.
Through my posts you get an idea of the many ways a coach can assist you. I enjoy writing them immensely. It helps me learn, and from your reactions I gather you get value from them too.
To me it's not about developing new ideas or theories, it's more about figuring out what might help people in different situations.
