After an amazing (almost) four years, today will be my last with Optus.
I will be forever grateful for the opportunities offered to me by this amazing business. It put me on my current path as Agile Coach.
I still don't quite know what I want to be when I grow up, but I feel closer than ever to the answer.
After months of working from home due to the lockdown, I went to visit the campus in Macquarie Park today. It was eerily quiet, whilst normally it's full of life. An anti-climax after such an amazing period.
Whilst clearing my stuff, I came across my original Agile Coach application email from three years ago. I have learned so much since then, but lately I noticed I had lost that fire in my belly that I enjoyed so much the first couple of years. So it was time.
There are so many people I'm grateful to: Wen, Gavin, Tony, Dave, Julie, Denise, Ker Ling, JC, Adriano, Hitesh, Ben, Kelly, everybody in my amazing Coaching Chapter, and the Squads and Tribes I was fortunate to work with. Thank you!
